When you exercise primarily from home, it’s easy to procrastinate.. Their phone calls, laundry, dishes, cleaning out closets! Create a space that is specifically for your exercise. It doesn’t have to be large. Find all of your bands, dumbbells, or anything else that you use around your home for exercise, and put it in a place that you will actually use them. Then when you enter the space, this is your exercise time. Keep moving everyone!
