Create a Supervision Schedule in NotebookLM

Last week I sent a video showing how this worked in concept, but I’ve expanded on it this week with a full supervision schedule being generated by NotebookLM. Overall I’m pretty pleased with the results. I will say that the example I used in the video was the worst result I managed to generate. Most of the time it worked better than it does in the example video. I’ll include the file I used in notebookLM as well as the prompt. Is there room to expand this beyond supervision? Probably yes. I don’t have access to enough fake information or deep knowledge of how school schedules work, especially in 7-12 to say for sure. If you know anyone who has done it, or is attempting to do it, let me know! Can you create a schedule with an equitable split of the duties with a few caveats. When calculating the equitable split, please ensure the total minutes assigned to each staff member match their FTE percentage as closely as possible, keeping the spread of time between full-time staff to an absolute minimum. Please prioritize this equity of total time over the number of slots, even if it means some people are assigned several short duties while others receive fewer long duties. It is important the actual duty schedule itself on Sheet1 does not change at all. Please include a count of the duty slots each person has, and if possible the total time. Also include a constraint verification list.
