Create and Deploy Simple Project to Azure

In this video, I create a simple Razor Page project as part of an ASP.NET Core Web Application. Make a simple change, and then debug locally. Publish to Azure, and configure resource group and hosting plan. Deploy on Azure, view our simple site in a web browser, and then see how to stop/start the application, and look at the resources the application uses.
