Create Labels for Sparklines

If you've worked withe sparklines, you know it's a compact way to chart data without using the Excel charting features. The sparklines are essentially charts, but are in a cell (i.e. cell A1). A constraint of sparklines is that it doesn't have really good labeling capabilities.
