Create RF Internet connections between two radios

Let's leverage the IP/internet protocol between two radios, using AX.25 as our transport. Ping, telnet, web, IRC-chat, anything you can do between two hosts on the internet (aside from encryption) can be done between two Amateur radios over RF. Ping times measured in seconds. Bandwidth measured in 100's of bytes. It's slow, sure and fun! Create reliable internet connections that span 100's of miles over RF.
