Creating a Floorplan using Innovus Implementation System

In this video, we input the structural verilog from our pre-layout synthesis to create a floorplan in Innovus Implementation System. The floorplan is sized for core utilization, has power and tiedown/endcap cells added to it, and the pins located around the periphery. It is saved as a 'floorplan' and a '.def'
