Creating Google Analytics account internal server error solution

This video goes through what I found about the "Internal Server" error when trying to create a Google Analytics Account. The bottom line, I had to verify my age as an adult (this was a brand-new account). Once I verified my age using my driver's license, it immediately gave me access to create the account and add the Demo Account Data.
