In this video I visited the Midland Gem and Mineral Society to cut and shape some rhodonite cabochons. I used the oil saw to cut three rectangle shapes, then used the stone grinding and sanding wheels to shape them into cabochons. In the end, I use the polishing wheel to give them a nice shine! The cabs turned out nice, can’t wait to make some jewelry out of them! I am Tallie Craigo, a Silversmith and stone shaper located in West Texas. I hope you will join me on my jewelry creation journey! I started documenting my journey to learn silversmithing and make unique jewelry pieces using the stones that I shape, as well as other stones I acquire. I will eventually have a website as well to list some of my pieces, but I am currently in the process of developing my first collection. Please like and subscribe to my channel to see new videos that I post.
