Creation Kit Tutorial (Crime Systems)

In this tutorial, I'll be taking a look at how to create a crime system. By this, I mean having your own jail which the player can be sent to for commuting crimes. This would most likely be used in your own custom town or something similar. This tutorial doesn't cover specifics on getting guards to do certain actions and do things like patrols as that will come in a later tutorial. I do create some basic guards though and get their dialogues to work.
