In this new series, I wanted to show a more combined approach to parametric design by utilizing multiple tools and developing new approaches.
This week, I looked at lunchbox tools and found out that the quad panels cannot be utilized on surfaces that close onto themselves. So I decided to build my own quad panel algorithm from scratch and then use weaverbird's subdivision tool to model cool twisting forms. I hope you like the video!
