Your 32lb patient is being placed on a CRI of fentanyl 2mcg/kg/hr (0.05mg/mL), ketamine 1.8mg/kg/hr (100mg/mL) and lidocaine 2mg/kg/hr (2%). The patient is already on fluids and the veterinarian asked that you use the current bag and continue the fluids at a rate of 36mL/hr. There are 625mL left in the bag. How much of each drug will you add to the bag? ***Note: Don't forget after you solve the answer that you need to first REMOVE the total volume that you are planning to add to the fluid bag.
