Meat mixture:
2tbsp oil heated, add
1sm onion chopped, add heaping tbsp garlic; saute and add 2c of cooked shredded chicken, 1can refried beans, 1sm can enchilada sauce, 1/2c chicken broth,
1/4c picante sauce. Let cook through then add 2c shredded cheese.
Fill Burrito sized flour tortilla with meat mixture, fold tightly and fry seam down in 2-3inches of hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
