Ingredients: • Butter – 100 g • Sour cream (20%) – 60 g • Sugar – 50 g • Flour – 200 g • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp • Jam or thick preserves – 160 g • Powdered sugar – for serving Instructions: 1. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add sugar and mix. 2. Add cold butter pieces and rub into crumbs. 3. Add sour cream and knead into a dough. 4. Form into a ball. 5. Preheat oven to **180°C (350°F)**. 6. Divide dough into 4 parts. 7. Roll each piece into a small circle. 8. Spread jam, leaving a little space around the edges. 9. Roll into logs and trim the edges if needed. 10. Cut each roll in half and place on a parchment-lined tray. 11. Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden. 12.
