GUYS, we're gonna do something very very dangerous in this CSS tutorial for beginners. We're going to style some links like it's the 90's again. That means luminous colours, background highlights and pretty much everything else except a marquee tag :P.
Anyway, in all seriousness ninjas, we'll be putting to good use all of the text properties we've learnt so far and making some cool looking link hover effects.
