cupcakes elmo

These are very easy cup cakes to make, loved by kids and grown-ups who love elmo, and for all fans of elmo from sesame street. Ingredients: 1. 1 premix box of vanilla cupcakes (use white of egg only) 2. 1 jar of vanilla frosting (purchased from supermarket) 3. Red gel food coloring "Wilton" or "AmeriColor" 4. White marshmallows (for the eyes) 5. 1 packet (150g) Oreo biscuits 6. Orange jelly beans (or use orange peanut M & M's for a nose) 7. Black writing icing 8. Red color sanding sugar (or color normal white sugar with red food coloring to create red color sugar; place them together inside sandwich bag) 9. Muffin baking pan, red color cup cases Method: 1. In a bowl mix all ingredients according instructions on the vanilla cupcake box (use white of egg only); then add red gel food coloring to create red color cup cake batter. Bake according instruction on the box, cool down completely. 2. Mix vanilla frosting with red gel food coloring to create red color frosting. Spread the top of each cupcake generously with red frosting. Then roll cupcakes gently in red sanding sugar. 3. Press 2 marshmallows for the eyes on each cupcake. Squeeze a dot of writing icing to create pupils on the eyes. 4. Use a serrated knife to split the Oreo cookies in half and remove the cream. Cut each disk in half by using a gentle sawing motion and put in place for elmo's mouth. Add the orange jelly beans for the nose.
