This is the first test of a Custom CO2 Ejection System. This system is capable of using any ½”-20 thread CO2 cartridge. The cartridge used in this video is actually 35 grams and not 38 grams as stated in the video.
It should be noted that the e-match igniter was potted with quick setting epoxy and because of time constraints was NOT allowed to completely set up! The result can be seen in the video where there was a little smoke and “sparks” that blew out of the wired end. While this does not adversely affect the performance of this device, this normally does NOT happen when the e-match is potted properly!
