Custom Embedded Linux with Yocto & C++/Qt6 for Raspberry Pi

Yocto is an amazing tool for customizing an entire embedded system. In this first part of the project, I’m sharing my latest work—building a custom embedded Linux system with Yocto for Raspberry Pi 4. The application I’m developing is FireStreamer, a media player that allows users to stream and play videos securely while integrating services like YouTube, Netflix, and Spotify. In the next part, I’ll dive into the software stack that manages media and enables video sharing within a docked volume for seamless playback.
