Adding tools that are often used in the quick access toolbar is a good thing to do so you can quickly access it. In this video tutorial, I demonstrated how to customize quick access toolbar. This tutorial can be applied also not just in Excel but also in other applications such as Word, Access, Powerpoint, etc.
Add only tools that you usually used and do not add more tools in the quick access toolbar. Having more tools in the quick access toolbar will not give you quick access to it.
