Customize the default Skyrim `coc` player!

In this episode, we write a tiny mod which lets you completely customize the default Skyrim character you get when you `coc` into the game from the main menu. Happy Modding! Note: I mention a few times that you don't need to automate Race Menu for Khajiit or Argonian characters, but I believe you _do_ if you want to use Race Menu Presets.
