Finding an automated core-cutting machine that supports both small cores - as narrow as 12.5mm (0.5”) - and standard 76mm (3”) cores can be a real challenge.
Traditionally, core adapters grip from the inside, but there’s a limit to how small they can go. That’s why we’ve introduced a new adapter that grips from the outside - making it easier to switch between core sizes, including 76mm, 40mm, and even 25mm.
This update enhances flexibility and efficiency for operators handling narrow and wide cores.
