Cylinder Head Refresh

This was a cylinder head refresh for a Suzuki GSX-R750. The seats were in really good shape so no need for a valve job. The valves MAY have lapped in without grinding but we thought it best to touch them on the wheel -- especially the exhaust side -- just to make sure it would pass vacuum. The valve guides were in excellent condition and all of the valves were straight. The disassembly, inspection, clean combustion chambers and valves, lap in valves and reassembly is APE # HW-20-16 (for 16 valve head.) http://www.aperaceparts.com/cylinderheads.html (Labor only, parts extra.) The customer opted for an optional full cleaning (#CC-25) and to have the valve faces ground (#LC425 x 16). The head arrived with the rubber boots still attached. Customer asked to have them removed.
