And now we have here D. A. V. E. Who is one of my favorite villains from this animated series. After the first video, I dreamed of making a remake because the result that I got in the end upset me, and now the result that I see now is very pleasing. As I said in that video, he is a unique villain who had a lot of information and biographies about the prisoners of Arkham in his memory, and thanks to his abilities, he almost completely controlled Gotham and practically revealed Batman's identity to the whole city.
