This is Zainali and I am back with a new tutorial in which we would be solving a problem using D' Alembert's principle.
PROBLEM STATEMENT: Block A and B weigh 40N and 12N respectively as shown. If B moves downward with a velocity of 1m/s at t=0, find the velocity of A when t=1sec and tension in the string. Neglect mass of pulley & string and any kind of friction.
