D6 Cat first start in 18 years

Hello all, This nice old tractor, serial number 9U17, had been setting outside beside the previous owners garage for 18 years. It has always been a farm Cat, and never had a blade on it. We had some issues, first the fuel system was pretty gunked up, second the old inertia drive starter was acting pretty grumpy, and third I couldn't get it to go into reverse. The clunk,clunk,clunk you here while I'm cranking is the starter, not the engine knocking. The chunks you see coming out the exhaust are yellow jacket nests, good thing it was cold outside. This tractor originally had a starting engine but was converted to direct electric starting. This means there are no glow plugs to assist cold starting. That is why I was using the either, I don't necessarily like to use it but if used properly it has it's place. This tractor has also been upgraded with a turbocharger, oil clutch and a D6B fuel tank. Its got a miss on number one that comes and goes, but overall I'm pretty pleased with how it runs and drives considering how long it's sat out. Enjoy and thanks for watching.
