This lecture briefly discusses what is a DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) and then shows how the inside of a Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC uses a DAC and a comparator to find the voltage value entering the ADC input pin. I also introduce the SOC sequencer of the F28379D processor.
