Dagger fighting

Here I suggest that this might not be the greatest way to fight with a knife/dagger. The so-called 'ice-pick grip' using a rondel dagger may be better for dealing with foes in armour, but here I am confining myself to the enormously more common instance of foes who are not in armour.
