DAIKIN SPLIT-TYPE AIR CONDITIONER CLEANING

🔵𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘁-𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗔𝗖 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻🔵 ✅ Check and test each Air Conditioner prior to cleaning (We don’t clean air cons that don’t work properly). Before we commence the cleaning process, we thoroughly assess each unit. Utlizing an inspection camera, we'll take a close look at the hard to reach internal areas and show our clients exactly what's hiding within their AC's. We measure air flow and temperature, before and after the cleaning. ✅ Place waterproof coverings over all furniture below or in close proximity to the air conditioner unit ✅ Take before and after photos to send or show our clients the difference after our thorough clean ✅ Remove, clean and sanitize filters ✅ Remove and wash casings and components such as louvers and vanes. Remove and wash the drain pan (wherever it is possible to remove the drain pan – some models have a ‘static’ drain pan which cannot be easily removed, however, this can still be cleaned thoroughly whilst remaining attached to the unit) ✅ Physically treat and clean the coils, behind the filters, the fan barrel and fan housing, and pressure rinse with clean water until all contaminants are removed ✅ Flush and check the drain to minimize the possibility of future leaks ✅ Sanitize the coil, fan barrel and fan housing, and the drain pan ✅ Reassemble all components ✅ Dry any excess moisture on or around the air conditioning unit ✅ Test unit ✅ Clean up any mess from all work completed ✅ Follow up by 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝑩𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 & 𝑨𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕 and advise a recommended cleaning schedule (some AC’s in your home or office may need to be cleaned more frequently than others - please see here for further information https://aircaresolutionshk.com/how-often-should-i-get-my-acs-cleaned/
