DAIKIN SPLIT-TYPE AIR CONDITIONER CLEANING

Before we commence the cleaning process, we thoroughly assess each unit. Utlizing an inspection camera, we'll take a close look at the hard to reach internal areas and show our clients exactly what's hiding within their AC's. We measure air flow and temperature, before and after the cleaning. โ Place waterproof coverings over all furniture below or in close proximity to the air conditioner unit โ Take before and after photos to send or show our clients the difference after our thorough clean โ Remove, clean and sanitize filters โ Remove and wash casings and components such as louvers and vanes. Remove and wash the drain pan (wherever it is possible to remove the drain pan โ some models have a โstaticโ drain pan which cannot be easily removed, however, this can still be cleaned thoroughly whilst remaining attached to the unit) โ Physically treat and clean the coils, behind the filters, the fan barrel and fan housing, and pressure rinse with clean water until all contaminants are removed โ Flush and check the drain to minimize the possibility of future leaks โ Sanitize the coil, fan barrel and fan housing, and the drain pan โ Reassemble all components โ Dry any excess moisture on or around the air conditioning unit โ Test unit โ Clean up any mess from all work completed โ Follow up by ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ and advise a recommended cleaning schedule (some ACโs in your home or office may need to be cleaned more frequently than others - please see here for further information https://aircaresolutionshk.com/how-often-should-i-get-my-acs-cleaned/
