These stretches can be done each morning in order to improve flexibility. It is what i personally do each morning. It is a combination of approaches leaned through GMB, MMA, dance and mobility WOD. try it out. Hold each stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds (I hold for only 10 in the video) ENJOY!
