DASHAVATARA

The Dashavatara are the ten primary avatars of Lord Vishnu, a principal Hindu god, he is said to descend in the form of an avatar to restore cosmic order. Matsya, Kurma, Varaha, Narasimha, Vamana, Parashurama, Rama, Balaram, Buddha, and Kalki. All avatars have appeared except one; Kalki, who will appear at the end of the Kali Yuga. A legendary composition of padmavibhushan Guru Kelu Charan Mohapatra music by Pandit Bhubaneswar Mishra based on raaga Mohona and taal Jhampak, the sloka taken from the Geeta Govinda written by Kavi Jaydev Goswami in 12 century.
