Get yourself ready for the exam (unless you're a follower of the sage advice to stay ready, in which case you don't need to get ready) mentally and physically. If you're still trying to work at the margins browse the curriculum for some of the more narrative material that you can memorize for the exam. Most of all, stay focused and calm on the day. The worst thing you can do is blow your timing.
