Welcome in my Sportics! 💙 Day 4 of our 7-day stretching challenge is here — and today it’s all about front splits training! We’ll open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, and gently work toward your full split. This follow-along routine is beginner-friendly and perfect to improve flexibility, mobility, and hip openness. You’ll need a small pillow or towel under your heel to help you slide smoothly into position. No pressure — just progress. Move with control, breathe deeply, and enjoy the process of opening your body.
