DC-DC Converter - Isolated Power Source Uses

Isolated DC to DC converters can provide safety isolation between circuits, prevent noise or other electrical disturbances from propagating into sensitive circuits. They can also provide floating voltage sources that can be used to create and configure entirely new voltage rails that the main power supply doesn't make available.
