DCS: AREA18 Mission 2b. Attack on Lavan (Part2)

This is the second mission of A.R.E.A18 campaign. It is time to seize Lavan Island. Our primary objective is to clear out the hostile defenses near the runway. Keep in mind that you can choose between different aircraft in the AREA campaign, which adds a lot of replayability. All ATC comunications during the mission are done using BetterATC mod. ********************************************* Following the successful neutralization of the Lavan Island Radar Command Center, High Command has authorized the commencement of Phase 3: Final Assault and Capture. With the western encampment secured during Phases 1 and 2, the path is clear for the seizure of the airfield. Your primary objective is the suppression of the Lavan Island Airport ground defenses. We must secure the runway to establish an immediate logistical airbridge. EXECUTION PLAN: -AIRFIELD DENIAL & NEUTRALIZATION- Launching from AREA18, Chevi Group will establish a holding pattern at WP2. Intercept and join formation with Chevi on take off and proceed to the designated waypoint. Once the flight is consolidated and combat-ready after AAR, transmit the "PUSH" order to initiate the ingress into the target area. Coordinate with Chevi to saturate and destroy all remaining surface-to-air threats and fortified positions within the airport perimeter.
