De-esser in FL Studio

In this video, I show you how to de-ess your vocals in FL Studio with Maximus. FL Studio does not have a dedicated De-Esser plugin but if you understand how a de-esser works, you can use a multiband compressor to de-ess your vocals. De-essing consists of reducing the volume of the range of frequencies for the s and t. This range can be from 5k to 9k depending on the vocal. By reducing these frequencies you make the vocal less harsh. I also show you how to make a de-esser with the Fruity Multiband Compressor plugin.
