In this movie, we take you through the process of removing hulls from Leafy Sprouts (Alfalfa, Clover, and our Gourmet Mixes), using a Salad Spinner. This method will also work for Brassica (Broccoli, Radish, Mustard, etc.) Sprouts. It's a dull movie, but it teaches de-hulling well =:-)
