Dear Swapfiets

Dear Swapfiets, I sent you two videos, because there is something I need to ask; But first of all, who am I and what is happening? I am Judith, I am a long term customer of yours, I have been leasing Swapfiets bikes for over 5 years, since the last 3 years, the eBike. Now, after 5 years of always paying my bills on time and all always being well, my eBike was stolen while I took my kids into Kindergarten. It was a stressful morning, I am a single parent to twins, they were fighting and in being distracted and trying to keep the peace, I forgot to lock the bike. As I came out of the kindergarden, the bike was gone. Now, you want me to pay 1100 Euro as is stated in your AGB's. And I want to beg: please, let us find another solution! I have a chronic disease and I am a single parent. The last few years, I have been saving up to invest in my future and my talent: to become a dance teacher. I recently got accepted to a private dance school, the tution fees are 5000 Euros. I should start in August. Now, I maybe cant, as to pay your fees would leave me short. So, my question is; may there be another possibility other than paying the 1100 Euro to you? I already have some ideas. My favourite is the videos: In one, I asked my dance friends in Germany and worldwide to dance in front of their bikes, I then edited the video. The second one is me dancing in front of my swapfiets bike. I offer to you to use my idea, and also the second video of myself dancing for commercial use. Perhaps you can invite other Swapfiets users to dance with their bikes and make videos similar to the one I made. I am also a masseuse, I can also offer massages to your Leipzig staff, to boost the morale and well being of your team. I sincerly ask you from the heart to waive the fees, in orded for me to go to dance teachers school. I am truly passionate about dancing, and inviting people to dance is what I want to do in life.
