Earlier this year we were preparing for a show when one of our vocal effect pedals stopped working. Noah from Death By Audio told us about the Echo Master, so we gave it a try and have loved it ever since. We went down the path of doing this demo video and ended up writing a new song. The lo-fi vibes the Echo Master can provide inspire a kind of rawness found in basement shows or old four tracks. It was this vibe that inspired Summer's writing for the lyrics.
