Decentralized VS Distributed [Blockchain VS DLT]

Decentralized VS Distributed #blockchain. Many blockchain enthusiasts think that "distributed" is the ultimate state of decentralization. Such a misunderstanding was created by the popular image by P.Baran (created in 1964) that illustrated 3 types of networks: centralized, decentralized and distributed - which is not even about computer networks but a radio communication (!) and the research was about resilience of such networks to withstand a possible Soviet Union attack. Decentralization and distribution are features of different nature. That's why permissioned/private DLTs even being distributed are not decentralized.
