It's close to a major Roman Road, but Mark Anthony - of Anthony and Cleopatra fame - was dead long before the Roman conquest of Britain. So what is this very odd feature and how did it come by its extraordinary name? In this film we get exclusive access to this private site for a thorough look around and we delve into the records to find the earliest ever written reference to it, by Tudor antiquarian, William Camden. With an epic drone survey and excellent LiDAR, can we come up with any ideas?
