In this video I go over the history of DRG and overall why it still is a good game even today. Deep Rock Galactic has a lot of enjoyable systems that keep players coming back over and over despite minimal mission variety.
It is at it's core, a fun horde shooter, and nothing more. But It is really good at that for it's own sake. Deep Rock has a special place in my hear for being a challenging yet rewarding gaming experience that doesn't struggle with topics like realism and focuses more on fun mechanics to play with.
