DEI Changes in ABA: Implications & Our Pledge

K-Now was founded on the principles of helping diverse and underserved populations. We currently serve families and companies who identify as ethnic and racial minorities. Our supervision program has supported a diverse group of supervisees, RBTs, BTs, and 1st year BCBAs. Additionally, the research at K-Now focuses on diversity, equality, and inclusion in the field of ABA. At K-Now, we will continue to work with diverse populations, we will continue to fight for equality & inclusion, and we will continue to support underserved populations.
