Deisopentanizer and Deisohexanizer Process Flow Diagram
The light naphtha from Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit at 40°C and 5.0 barg shall feed DIP column in tray 36 via DIP Feed Drum. The vapor from top of DIP at 55°C and 1.4 barg shall be totally condensed by DIP Air Condenser and will be separated in DIP Reflux Drum at 0.9 barg, a portion of light material shall be sent as reflux to the top of DIH, the rest of stream cooled down to 40°C, mix with isomerate and sent to storage. The bottom of DIH column at 100°C shall pumped via DIH Feed / Bottom HX where will be cool to 75°C and recirculated to ismomerization reaction section. The isomerate from reactor shall pass to Stabilizer and shall feed the DIH column on tray 70 under flow controll reset by level at 95°C. The vapor of DIH at 1.4 barg and 58°C shall be cooled down to 45°C by DIH Air Condenser and shall be feed the DIH Reflux Drum – a part of condensed hydrocarbons will be sent as reflux at DIH top and the rest shall be diverted and mix with DIP feed. The bottom liquid of DIH at 140°C shall be pumped to storage via HID bottom Cooler (exit T = 40°C). The upper draw from accumulator tray 23 shall be pumped by Upper Pump to Upper Air Cooler and Upper Trim Cooler and cooled down from 82°C to 40°C and 37°C, mix with DIH bottom and sent to storage. The lower draw from accumulator tray 103 at 102°C shall be pumped to DIP Feed / Bottom HX where it cools to 75°C (upstream of DIP Feed / Bottom HX will be mixed with DIP bottom). The heat medium for DIP and DIH is provided by hot oil.
