In this demo, we show how an agreement is generated right from Salesforce using DocuSign CLM. Line items from the sales quote are attached before it’s sent to the customer to perform counter redlines to change payment terms. Legal then picks up the contract and runs a risk scorecard using AI across the entire document, after which they made an exception and inserted a clause from the clause library. The agreement is then sent back to the customer to be signed via DocuSign eSignature, and the completed agreement automatically ends up right where it should be: in Salesforce.
