Finally bought a Demon Lamp from http://demonlamp.com and LOVING IT.
The lamp comes from the UK but was shipped to me with a US plug/cord (thank you!) Since it didn't come with a bulb, I bought a pack of 60w LED lights from Home Depot -- these work perfectly!
