Brad Guy is a registered architect and AIA member focused on the research and development of building deconstruction to preserve existing building materials and design for adaptation and deconstruction to extend the lives of renovated or new buildings. He is also known for co-founding the Building Materials Reuse Association – now known as Build Reuse – about 18 years ago. He presented on building design considerations that allow efficient disassembly and promotes the reuse of components in new buildings
