To create a dish that is more appealing, different style of cutting needed so that the dish look more appetizing. unfortunately, not everybody is gifted with cooking talent. People will get hurt if they try cutting the ingredient without proper preparation. Introducing our group prototypes, Hand Cranked Mandoline. It is a device that can cut, julienne, grate, slicing vegetable and fruit single-handedly. Just rotating the crank of the device will give you a perfectly cut ingredients. Not only this device can cut the perfect size vegetable, it is also save you from harm from cutting yourself and also reducing your time in the kitchen. therefore this device is perfect for all especially for those people who are tired from work but still want to cook a good food. ___________________________________________________
