There is no better way to determine your feed rates and laser power settings that to figure them out yourself using your laser. If you have a mass produced laser, high quality laser, there may be pre-sets you can use that will be good for you.
To figure out your own parameters, just pick a starting power and speed to see how that works on your material. Then make adjustments from there until you find a setting you like.
