Archy is the Genesys Cloud command-line tool for exporting and importing Genesys Cloud Architect flows in a human-readable format (e.g. YAML). Archy was built as a means to promote architect flows between multiple Genesys Cloud environments. (e.g. dev, test, prod, etc...).
In this video, we will show you how to take a Genesys Cloud flow that has been exported as YAML and import it into an organization.
