Developer initialization and reset maintenance counters on SHARP AR-5618

Change the old parts with new, let's the front door be open, turn the main power on. Press #, interupt, C, interupt to enter in simulation mode, enter 25, start, 2 start, close the front door and press Start button. wait until 2 min to finish the simulation, press CA.
