ASG Robotics, http://www.asg-robotics.com Working under Customer’s tasks, ASG Robotics propose innovative technologies. Their development is carried out in our special robotic laboratory. After the successful completion of technology development, we produce test samples that we give to the Customer for quality control. For our recent projects we have developed the following technologies: – Horizontal flux supply for welding multi-layer seams of different thicknesses. A special welding head has been invented to feed the flux in inaccessible places. – To process the modes and technology of narrow gap welding of parts, laser scanning of the section profile has been worked out; – Curved seams have been worked out for welding tanks made of thin stainless steel; – We have worked out the milling modes of plastic pipes. #ASGRobotics #robot #FANUC #Lincoln #welding #roboticwelding #weldingautomation
